How long does setup take?

Most shops are up in under 15 minutes.

Do I need special hardware?

Any modern tablet works. For reliability, we recommend one dedicated counter tablet per location.

Do I need an EMM vendor for the pilot?

No. Phase 0 is pairing-first: manual provisioning plus revocable device sessions.

Kiosk + Security

How is kiosk access secured without EMM?

Each tablet is paired to one location, session-bound, and can be revoked from Merchant setup.

Can you remotely wipe or lock devices?

Not in Phase 0. You can revoke pairing instantly and re-pair a replacement device.

Data + Messaging

Do you sync inventory counts?

Pilot scope focuses on live flavor availability in the case, not quantities.

What if internet or Square is unavailable?

Public surfaces keep the last known lineup with a Last updated timestamp, and staff can retry saves when connectivity returns.
